Purchase terms for SYDORA jewelry, including ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and exchanges.

This agreement is a public offer of the SYDORA online store. By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

01General TermsThis agreement defines the terms for selling products through the SYDORA website. The seller provides information about jewelry, prices, availability, and purchase terms, while the customer may place an order remotely.

02Products and CharacteristicsProducts include handmade jewelry and related items presented on the website. Product colors may slightly differ from photos due to screen settings. Handmade pieces may have small differences in texture, shape, or shade, provided they do not affect quality or purpose.

03Placing an OrderOrders are placed through the website cart or other SYDORA communication channels. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery information, and selected product options.

04PaymentPayment is made using the methods available at the time of ordering. An order is considered accepted after seller confirmation and/or payment receipt if prepayment is required for the selected product.

05DeliveryDelivery is carried out by delivery services to the address or pickup point specified by the customer. Delivery times depend on the city, carrier, and product availability.

06Returns and ExchangesReturns and exchanges are possible in accordance with Ukrainian law and store terms. The jewelry must show no signs of wear or damage and must include its original set and packaging. Custom or personalized pieces may be non-returnable if made for a specific order.

07Responsibility of the PartiesThe seller is responsible for proper order preparation and transfer to delivery. The customer is responsible for accurate information, timely payment, and receiving the parcel.

08Changes to the OfferSYDORA may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page and applies to orders placed after the update.
